Great for transitioning to an office work environment from retail/hospitality industry. Company plans a lot of fun events for employees (picnics, bi-annual conferences, bi-annual corporate party, holiday celebrations).
Cons
Low pay, no room for movement, tension between employees for job security, multiple lay-offs due to economy, overtime with no additional pay, salespeople treat support staff disrespectfully.
