      Nice management for my brand so YMMV. Above average hourly rate (27$+) versus Mosaic/Premium (20-25$).

      Cons

      Some retail stores will not let you work in their locations depending on management.

      - work from home flexibility

      Cons

      - Company culture, it was great initially. You could tell the leadership team really cared about their employees and sadly once leadership changed, things were never the same - minimal opportunities for growth in management roles - Pay is lower than competitors in the same field - Commission requirements were never clear and always changing making it difficult to attain
