      Pros

      The company contracted with was a pleasure to work with. The issue is just with the BDS/CP Agency.

      Cons

      My experience with HR was disappointing and often lacked professionalism and clear communication. The health insurance offering was priced at PPO rates but did not provide PPO-level coverage. Termination and final pay were handled poorly, with no severance and incomplete compensation for the final week despite internal scheduling changes. Overall, the offboarding process felt one-sided and not employee-focused.

      - work from home flexibility

      Cons

      - Company culture, it was great initially. You could tell the leadership team really cared about their employees and sadly once leadership changed, things were never the same - minimal opportunities for growth in management roles - Pay is lower than competitors in the same field - Commission requirements were never clear and always changing making it difficult to attain
