Between incessant conference calls and work schedule, your whole day is spent at work. Lack of work-life balance. You don't advise the client, the client pushes you around and tells you what to do. You will never have a weekend off. Can't properly plan your vacations. Don't think about asking for time off around Christmas or Thanksgiving. The pay doesn't match all of your job responsibilities Too much micro-managing You will be tracked electronically through your mobile device. The company doesn't trust you to do your job.
