      This company is very loyal to it's employees. They care about you and offer very competitive pay.

      Cons

      It can be a very stressful job especially if you are working as a Field Rep or upper management.

      - work from home flexibility

      Cons

      - Company culture, it was great initially. You could tell the leadership team really cared about their employees and sadly once leadership changed, things were never the same - minimal opportunities for growth in management roles - Pay is lower than competitors in the same field - Commission requirements were never clear and always changing making it difficult to attain
