the training system is flawed since people are not properly trained on the topics they face everyday. People are assigned on projects without considering their skills and apptitude. Promotions are not based on your results.

The company is currently growing a lot, so there are a lot of new opportunities, there is a good level of internal training and training on the job

Unfortunatelly for a lot of people there is still a low project turnover (currently the main Customer is the Italian UniCredit bank)
