Love the vibe - Manager BENSOLEIMANI.COM, INC. Employee Review

I currently work at Ben Soleimani and saw some of these comments that are absurd! It’s a start up company that has its ups and down and trying to make it in the market. Every person that works here is a good person with a good heart and it is disappointing to read some of these comments. I can’t think of a past employee that would write these. Everyone is working hard to make sure the company stays successful. Any successful company has hard working people. This company produces leaders, along with amazing products and an even more amazing clientele.

It is hard work. But hard work is what it takes.

I don't recommend this company because this place is just too chaotic. It's also very stressful working here because of all the verbal abuse and insults that employees get from the management. Our leadership is inefficient, and it's ineffective at leading its own employees. Employees are often insulted and yelled at for the smallest mistakes.
