Pros
Met great people & atmosphere can be fun but is definitely a clique culture. There are some really talented and brilliant people here, but sadly they never seem to move up or get proper recognition. Lots of nice, shiny, sterile & empty office space.
Cons
Leadership is disorganized and seems to make decisions haphazardly. Severely Lacking in transparency and trust. Leadership is Constantly claiming they have a vision and try to get everyone on board, but the vision is never fully explained, which gives the impression that there actually is no vision. Technology is really behind; trailblazing, cutting-edge AI technology is always “just around the corner,” but never materializes and doesn’t seem to actually exist. One month the CEO promises zero layoffs and the next they casually lay off dozens of people. Hard work and talent are not properly recognized or rewarded. Compensation and benefits are atrocious compared to similar companies. Some teams are forced to be in office while others have barely even met their supervisors in-person. Leadership is mostly white & male. Lots of lip service in terms of diversity & inclusion efforts. Leadership is an exclusive clique that seems to offer growth opportunities to a select few and ignore the rest. Lacking transparency, organization, direction, diversity, and authenticity.
