Avoid, Avoid and Avoid - Engineer BES Group Employee Review

Where do I start here, I have worked for these lot twice now and its ended in disaster on both occasions. Working hours are too long especially for families, the car allowance is poor and with the amount of miles driven you're losing money and your car is getting abused. They don't care if they break the law regarding hours worked and rest time and they wonder why this company has high turnover of people. The number one priority for these lot should be to look after their staff. The culture must be improved if they're going to compete with the bigger companies, every problem they've is a leadership problem. I felt like I was a slave at times and was discriminated for being a parent to my girls. A TRULY awful company. Please consider wisely before joining unless something drastic changes.
