Cons
Very unhealthy working environment. Extreme competition among employees. It’s like high school all over again. If you’re not one of the cool kids, you’ll never make it. Racism everywhere, regarding people of color working at the agency or consumers. Heard « mamadou bamboula » in a meeting regarding the consumers and « bougnoule » regarding one of the employees. By top management people. Also, they have had several lawsuits for firing people under false pretenses. But they keep it well hidden behind the coolness. Salarywise, they want to pay you 30% under what you would get anywhere else, because it’s betc. In a nutshell, work there as a freelancer, don’t get hired.
