      They give job opportunities to students who have not yet received their degrees. This gives students the opportunity to complete their articles whilst they are still studying.

      Cons

      Workers are underpaid, and lots of work to be done.

      Pros

      Exposure to high-profile folks in investment banking and political circles is tremendous. Opportunities to work on m&a deals in a variety of industries are abundant.

      Cons

      The starting salary was below market, I believe. They put a lot on your plate but the infrastructure wasn't there to handle the enormous administrative workload that comes with it.
