Pros
-New technology, honest folks, and up-beat. -High standards for conduct makes a polite environment. -great location near the main HWYs. -Coworkers are all great people -New products that look very promising -Run a tight ship and have honest licensing of all software related items -Working hard to grow and may be starting to study how this affects employees -Good tracking of company progress and sharing of data
Cons
-Many growing pains can make a few revolving positions. Typical of an entrepreneurial setting. Management seems more stable, but the door revolves loosely for the normal folks as they can pay the price, and can get burned out, from the many quick changes and decisions made. -Benefits are truly expensive -For those used to a normal corporate setting- forget the frills as there is no loose change for ergonomics, natural lighting, or even fixing the toilet. -unusual penalties for honest mistakes. -Company too busy to have strong HR presence. -Too little parking. large daily overflow to the street which has dangerous trucks hauling. -90 day trial period reflects that of a factory using rules that treat a new person with distrust right away.
