      Pros

      For someone who wants to train to be an accountant they do support your study well.

      Cons

      Unreasonable holiday booking policy. Large amounts of unpaid overtime. Favouritism is rife at all levels. Blame is always passed down very few will take responsibility.

      Work colleagues are very welcoming and nice Nice office Firm creates opportunity for growth and learning

      Cons

      Firm has an unreasonable holiday policy (1 year advance for 1 week holidays) Management tend to micro-manage and expect a lot of overtime Management are very biased and have clear favourites, they will regularly shift blame and create unreasonable demands when things are not going to plan
