Pros
The students and families are amazing! There are also some very special horses in the program.
Cons
There is NO room for growth and upper management does not at all care about the horses. To them it is about money and 50 hour work weeks for employees who are underpaid to begin with. The barn team is encouraged to cut costs every way possible even if that means for the herds health. It truly is sad.
