BIOVIA had many names before, the long list of predecessor companies used to be innovative and set standards in the field, but that's mostly decades ago.
Cons
Toxic and deaf management, BIOVIA/Accelrys has a long history of failed integrations and bad treatment of scientists and developers, relying on the past, nowadays a (well-deserved) mixed reputation with clients. Failed organization of the cloud transformation, wrongly blaming the hard-working people instead of the responsible ones, praise of incompetence.
