Cons
- They don't treat you respectfully. Starting from HR... They look a annoyed while doing their work. - Salary is low comparing the working hours. I had to leave at Midnight quite a lot of days. And working from 9AM until (at least) 8PM was normal. Some of my colleagues were working till 2AM in the busiest period.. (and also weekends). This because partners do not want to involve the proper amount of people in the projects. - They do not pay extra hours!!! - You can end up doing something you were not supposed to do. - I was allowed to schedule my summer holidays only 1 week BEFORE it. Managers were always procrastinating (not only with me, was a common thing) - at least 80% of the employees there want to leave (I already did)
