      Pros

      I have been working for the company for some time. I like the company atmosphere and culture. Very informal and friendly colleagues; Possibility to express opinions; Responsibilities from the first day; Job is demanding but steep learning curve; Great work-life balance; Possibility to work from home. I am very satisfied with the current position.

      Open and honest culture, room to grow/improve, open for experiments, advanced AI tooling and internal capabilities, experienced team of entrepreneurial colleagues and finance professionals, competitive salaries, office lunch provided on Mondays, nice office facilities

      Mandatory 2-3 office presence (which doesn't bother me much)
