Pros
My restaurant in Hillsboro Oregon won Restaurant of the year in 2025, because is a fantastic place to work, and that directly translates to guest satisfaction. If you are a server looking for a server job, be prepared to hustle. Is a high volume restaurant. The food is nice and depending on which location you're at, The clientele may be good, bad, average, anywhere in between. I've worked there as a server for 10 years. And is any server can tell you, that's a long time to be a server at the same restaurant! There are at least four or five other servers with 10 plus years there as well. And this is a normal corporate restaurant! We take our job seriously and so do the managers. The managers are fantastic or the servers wouldn't stay there that long. I work at a ton of other restaurants this is definitely my favorite. That's why I'm giving it five stars.
Cons
Just as with any other job, there are little cliques that form. But that's to be expected. Sometimes you need to tell a few different managers if you want to get something specific handled. They're very overworked so it's understandable some things will fall through the cracks.
