If you value your mental health don’t work here - Server/Waiter BJ's Restaurants Employee Review

I’ve worked at many restaurants over the last 7 years and BJ’s is by the absolute worst I have ever experienced. I would never recommend working here to anyone. Management is terrible and treat you like trash. I don’t typically get emotional and yet I have never cried more at a job than here. No matter how hard you try it is never enough. Management are pushovers for the guests and do nothing but criticize their employees. It is extremely fear based, unprofessional and inappropriate. I have now worked at 3 different locations and they have all been the same. It is incredibly stressful to work here and everyone gets mistreated. The favoritism is very clear as well.
