      Pros

      Good company to work for. The healthcare coverage is expensive, but the cost of care from BJC providers/hospitals is minimal, if not free. They do have a pension plan for employees after a certain number of years of service.

      Cons

      Healthcare coverage is expensive. 401k matching is abysmal, but better than nothing I suppose. PTO system is based on the hospitals for all staff, including employees in non-clinical settings, so there are very few holidays, and we must use PTO to be off on the holidays.
