Senior leadership’s approach consistently undermines team morale. Expectations are frequently unrealistic, and employees are often asked to perform duties outside their job descriptions without fair compensation. Pay is below market for the level of responsibility expected, and PTO is routinely interrupted with texts and calls. Leadership has also been known to address staff in an unprofessional and at times hostile manner. The turnover here is crazy, and is a clear reflection of how you will be treated.
