Pros

According to mohali/chandigarh, and experience decent pay.

Cons

This was one of the most frustrating workplaces I have experienced. There was little distinction between roles and responsibilities, with coordinators often acting as managers and multiple people exercising authority without clear accountability. The work environment felt highly micromanaged. Employees were monitored for time away from their desks, and even short absences outside designated breaks were questioned. Fixed break schedules were enforced regardless of shift timing, and employees could be reported to senior management for minor issues such as taking personal calls. Leadership quality was inconsistent. Some team leads appeared more focused on socializing than supporting the team, while performance expectations remained extremely high for everyone else. Favoritism and office politics seemed to play a significant role in how employees were treated. Working hours were long, often extending to 10-hour shifts, with a strong emphasis on extracting maximum productivity rather than maintaining a healthy work environment. Feedback from employees did not appear to be taken seriously, and interactions with senior leadership could feel intimidating rather than supportive. Overall, I found the culture to be stressful, overly controlling, and lacking in professional leadership and employee development.

Pros

I honestly tried thinking of any thing good for my time there but to my surprise there is none. I literally gave myself 15 minutes exclusively just to think about pros. I wanted to give a fair shot before I leave a review.

Cons

I left this company feeling burned out, stressed, and completely disillusioned. 10-hour workdays were normalized, breaks were tightly controlled, and employees were treated more like resources to be monitored than professionals to be trusted. The culture felt focused on control rather than growth. The layoffs were difficult to witness. Instead of addressing leadership, planning, and process failures, the burden often seemed to fall on the people actually doing the work. Fear, uncertainty, and low morale became part of daily life. What I regret most is the impact this job had on my health. I gradually lost motivation, confidence, and enthusiasm for work. No job is worth sacrificing your mental and physical well-being. If you're considering joining, look beyond the promises and carefully evaluate the culture. A workplace should help you grow, not leave you exhausted and questioning yourself.

-If you value structured processes, professional leadership, strong collaboration, and a mature engineering culture, evaluate the organization carefully before joining.
