Pros
It is hard to think of any pros other than you'll appreciate working at any other job once you have worked here.
Cons
There are far to many cons to list them all but i'll start with a few. 1) Engineering company that has fired and not back filled any positions. The firing of the companies best engineers was due to them speaking up trying to avoid creating a defective product line. 2) Trust and loyalty does not exist here. Upper management likes to play mind games. 3) The pay and benefits are on par at best and not worth the headaches 4) The CTO claims he has done work that others have actually done and he is rewarded for it. 5) The President has put 'yes' men in place and then wonders why he isn't told the truth. 6) The board of directors is being managed and will soon find the company in a spiraling downfall. 7) You'll constantly worry about being fired for doing the right thing. I would never recommend working at this place with current management. Prior to 2017 this was a great company with many potentials.
