Pros
There are an endless list of pros to working at BLVR: - Knowing that your work contributes to something greater (BLVR is a B corp and gives away a portion of our profit every year) - Leadership is incredibly receptive to employee feedback and takes action quickly (no red tape, bureaucracy) - Family-oriented culture in which leadership truly cares about every team member's happiness and wellbeing - No egos or cattiness - Respect for work/life balance - Practice of expressing gratitude and appreciation for every single team member's contribution, regardless of their role - Some of the nicest, most down to earth people who still have an incredibly high standard and work ethic
Cons
- Not as diverse as we could be but it's a priority for the agency so I'm optimistic that we'll see this changing in the near future - Not necessarily a con, but BLVR is an agency where you will get out of it what you put on, so not a good place to work if you're not hungry and motivated
