Pros
When the company started, the ideea of developing interference mitigation algorithms was very promising. I had the chance to develop software on some advanced multi-core SoC. Good compensation and benefits.
Cons
On the engineering side, there's absolutely no chance for promotion unless you are one of the CTO's family friends. If you decide to work with Blinq as an engineer, then you'll most probably have to report to the CTO's godson or godfather. Be ready to work late hours and weekends due to their lack of competence.
