      Pros

      Lots of talented employees in the company. Good culture onsite.

      Cons

      HR do not value employees and do not adhere to the ‘our business is our people’ moto. After 5 years of employment with them i found out that i was being paid less than minimum wage. When i brought it up with HR i was told by the HR manager (who i’d never met before) that i was lucky to be getting paid at all never mind at minimum wage. They were very reluctant to right their wrongs but got their in the end...

      Pros

      The work culture is supportive; however, the senior staff is very hard to reach due to a busy schedule. Even the managers who are allocated do not guide well. The manager will hand you over to the other team and let them know what to do next. With no KPI's mentioned or any clear directive on how the performance will be judged.

      Cons

      Will end your employment without any prior notice or any advice during the probation on how to improve or where the problem is coming. They will simply judge you from the backseat with any review of the performance for the first 6 months.
