Our compensation goals have always been to remain as competitive and fair as possible. The Compensation package at BMM doesn’t just include a base salary, but also benefits such as 100% paid health and dental insurance and a competitive matching retirement plan. We also recognize the importance of strong leadership and we are disheartened to hear that you have experienced otherwise while at BMM. While we can’t control all management interactions, we encourage our employees to escalate any and all concerns to their HR representative if they do not feel comfortable speaking to their management or executive team. And lastly, BMM strongly promotes career development and internal promotions whenever possible.
