Cons
As In case with start ups this company has issues with funds .They never pay their employees on time .Getting salary by 15th or 20th of the Month is norm here. HR makes promises of hike and appraisals .Nothing of this sort happens .The Management promises are like carrot sticks ,should not be believed.
