Pros
Every single person on the BNP team that I've met in the last few months has been an absolute rockstar. There is not a single thing I regret about taking the job opportunity with this company given how amazing the entire experience has been working with everyone at the Denver office and the international team as a whole. From the CEO and CFO at the highest positions in the company to every single project engineer, absolutely everyone has a passion for their job and for those around them. BNP has a passion that you rarely see in businesses, and I cannot understate how lucky I feel to work with the people around me that I do on a daily basis. I wouldn't change a single thing about the path that got me here.
Cons
I have almost no grievances with my work experience at BNP, aside from very specifically the lack of historical file documentation dating back to the early 2010's. Nobody on the current roster is at fault for slips in file standardization and documentation, but if I had to truly search for a "con" in my experience working at BNP, that would be the one thing I could find.
