When I arrivederci in the company I thought benefits like ticket restaurant, insurance, bonus in March, holiday and Christmas salary plus some presents from the company, could fill the low salary and the lack of professionalism.
Cons
The company put you to do monkey jobs, copy and paste. I was working with Milan department and they gave us all of the shit they didn’t want to perform. Management with lack of knowledge, zero background. Human resource with ZERO emotional intelligence and not focused on employee growth. They attract people because it’s a bank and because unfortunately in Lisbon there are only call center, so between the bad and worst people prefer the bad. But believe me, it’s a company that dismantle your mind and make you think there is nothing better…. Moreover they don’t have fixed policies and they bluff to you when you stand for your rights.
