Disappointing - Vice President BNY Employee Review

Stagnant company - lots of talk and claims of progress, but realistically they're stuck in the past and it's just talk. Management rarely changes other than at the highest levels, and they prefer to hire from outside rather than promote from within. Any investment in technology is meant to make life easier for clients - next to no progress on technical advancements facing inwards for the employees. Pay is absolutely below market average.
