      My coworkers are amazing. Generally, my job is stress free and I rarely have to work a full 40hrs (sometimes a con, to be honest)

      Cons

      Lots of fear. Layoffs and forced ratings have lowered morale. Executives aren't connected to the average employee. No growth opportunities/career potential.
