      Great staff benefits such as comprehensive medical coverage and approved external training, good work life balance, plenty of internal training resources available

      Cons

      Lack of appreciation for staff within the department resulting in high turnover, several cost cutting measures that dampens staff morale

      Work life balance is good for the most part.

      Cons

      Everyone in upper management (including our CEO) has come from JP Morgan or Goldman Sachs while employees who have worked at BNY for 20+ years are not being chosen for promotion opportunities. Looking to juniorize the company yet give zero training and support for analysts starting out. The culture has completely changed over the last few years, looks like a different company.
