Pros
Excellent benefits - great vacation time (the most important one to me), all the other perks you would expect. Excellent management, supervisors are easy to work with and down to earth. Company has great communication across the board.
Cons
Work life balance is a little lacking depending on the time of year (year end you can expect a killer work load). Other than that, really no cons that I can speak of.
