Pros
People are friendly and there is a good cultural mix with colleagues from other countries. Very big company with presence in over 35 countries that gives you the possiblity to interact with colleagues around the world.
Cons
The pay is on average below the market level, it's not competitive at all. Some employees are just not qualified enough for doing banking jobs.
