During my time with BOLD Media, I can honestly say I've never learned so much in my life. A young company with big dreams and dedicated employees who work hard to make sure they accomplish their goals. Led by two of the most driven and dedicated people I've ever met, there was NEVER a day that I felt they were slacking in their responsibilities. I can confidently say that working at BOLD Media taught me more about the media industry, business, and people than any other position I had previously held. A lively and casual atmosphere, with the ability to make new relationships with your co-workers. It was never a boring day at the office with laughs and smiles had by all. Not to mention the stocked refrigerator was always a plus. Being able to work first hand with businesses to help them formulate marketing strategies, and accomplish their goals was some of the most rewarding work I had done. They make sure to teach you every step of the way, are open to criticism, and are extremely approachable. With BOLD Media, there is a saying that we had around the office "you can control the inputs, not the outputs" and it couldn't have been more accurate. The team was always putting in the work between reaching out to clients or helping with the different events. This company has a lot of big dreams, but there is not doubt in my mind that they will accomplish them. I'd truly recommend working for this company to anyone.
