A more Horizontal corporate structure than most other companies can leave you working more independently than most other companies. It's a global company so some of your partners may be on the other side of the planet. It's a very asynchronous company and some employees may struggle to adjust to the freedom and accountability.

Literally none. Horrific management, rude employees, zero opportunities for growth, and they lie about pay. The entire company should be shut down for fraud. You will not get paid, you will be worked to the bone, and they will laugh at you the entire time.

Everything. I should have known from how horribly the interview process went, but I decided to give it a shot anyway and I feel like I've thrown away months of my life. Toxic work environment, not even borderline abusive. Run as fast and as far as you can.
