Unethical Organization - Anonymous employee BOLLANT Employee Review

List of cons: Lots of politics within the organization. Company has physically challenged which made me to join the company so that I felt that this company is very empathetic and connects to social lives but it's not. This company CEO and COO are relatives and hence doesn't pinpoint each other's mistakes. Salaries are not paid on time if there are any small issues from the employees such as arriving late to office. A Sincere most employees have not received 6 months of salary in this company. She has left the company and said this company to take as a donation.
