Bowa gave me my first opportunity in the construction industry. Even though I had no prior experience, they hired me as an assistant and paired me with experienced carpenters who taught me a lot on the job. The company really values growth — after one year I was promoted to carpenter. I’m grateful for the training, mentorship, and the chance to build real skills while working on quality projects.

The main challenge is that carpentry requires a lot of tools, and many of them are expensive. The company does cover a percentage of the cost, which helps, but it’s still an investment for employees.

BOWA is the sort of company that invest all of its ability into their clients and employees.

It's not really a con to say that BOWA has very high standards.
