Pros
The work is so braindead that if you can live on pennies with no benefits or paid holidays or you don't care that new hires at McDonald's make considerably more than you, then, by all means, ruin your life/career. They do provide a good PTO package which is sensational because you will always want time off from this dumpster fire of a company.
Cons
The compensation package as a whole is insulting unless you're a 12 year old masquerading as an adult and making any money makes you feel like Elon Musk. The pay versus what you're asked to do is pathetic. I liken it to what ppl making sneakers in a sweatshop make. The medical benefits, don't even get me started. It actually made me feel like I was on a prank show. I am still waiting for someone to jump out of a bush and tell me this was all a joke. To get medical benefits for yourself and your family it was over $1000 every 2 weeks. I am not kidding. How could anyone take this "company" seriously after seeing that option? Leadership is lost, I was never confident in my immediate supervisor before they left abruptly. Their replacement was equally a mess. The director is potentially the most clueless and out of touch individual I have ever met. It is a mess. Just steer clear.
