Great company and support from the top down. You are treated as a valuable employee, not just a number. 10 years with BPI.

No company is perfect but I can't think of any worth posting.

The people are great, teamwork and commitment to not only each other but to the customer. The Op Mgr. is excellent and really cares about the team, the department leads are great, the sales team can be a bit hard but they work hard to keep money flowing.

The owner CEO is horrible. Yelling at people in a group setting is not management it’s wrong. Blaming others for his mistakes and not taking accountability. Micromanaging everyone by making suggestions or recommendations is just his way of telling everyone what he wants you to do. Integrity? He has none. You never know what person will show up, the good CEO or the horrible CEO. Don’t work here, find a better place that will appreciate you and treat you fair with respect.
