1. worst IT work environment 2. not getting salary on time 3. Director is very cheap & liar person 4. few employees are sycophant of director ***story*** Once my health was not too good, I inform to my senior & HR and leave the office. In the evening I got a mail regarding lay-off from service. I said ok and accept this notice. And ask to him for last month salary and final settlement then he denied and gave me reason "you didn't finished your work today so I can't give you". I call to director many times but not pick my phone. Then I call to him another number then he pick and clear told me I'll not give you and "do what you have to do" rudely. After that I complained to DCP of "South Jaipur" then he forward my written application to nearest police station(i.e. Shipra Path) and I got call from PS and I shared this incident to police inspector(Geeta Choudhary) after that she visited BR Softech office along with me and talk to him on this matter. Initially, director(Mr. Nitin) told to her, I've loss of INR 10.00 lakh due to only me and client has been moved, then I told to him please show me mail thread, If you're true then I'll never ask for settlement. He didn't show because he'was lying. After some conversation he agreed for my sattlement. Thanks to Jaipur DCP (South) and police inspector(Geeta Choudhary) mam.
