I learned a lot about the mental health field and health administration. It is a smaller team and was nice to get to know all of my coworkers. The team really cares about their clients and go above and beyond to help them and support each other. Office environment was busy, but chill overall. Flexible schedule and good benefits.

COVID has caused an increase in demand for mental health services so it was very stressful at times. Clients can be rude or upset due to it being mental health. Some growing pains with changes in management and communication.

Can be stressful, small so not a lot of positions to move up to, pay could be better
