      Pros

      Your complains are listened, Competitive products (price and design wise) which helps to get more business, pizza parties, vacations, Christmas party and bonus

      Cons

      Less numbers of Employees in front team which makes sometimes (rarely) hard to deliver quotes/drawings on time and that makes further delay in delivery. Lack of training.
