Company is highly competitive on the market, it's one of a kind. 5. Dental is good. 6. If company is cyberattacked and your off for a week, they still pay you for that week, but at 60 percent of your regular pay.
Cons
1. Human Resources, does not show current pay grades for BRP Employees in general labor. No Human Resources board located in main work areas. 2. Does not have an online system for Vacation Time or Paid Time off Requests to be submitted by remote access from home. 3. Obesogenic environment by giving free donuts every morning. I prefer a Kringle. 4. Some employees claim teamwork, when instead they are doing something called social loafing or piggybacking off the hard work of other people. 5. Some Workers like to wear hats on the job to make themselves look more like a boss, unless the sun is in their face, I see no reason to wear them inside buildings.
