2yThank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We acknowledge that our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I) journey is still in its early stages, but in 2022, we have shared with employees our roadmap to advance DE&I at BRP. So far, among other things, we have established a DE&I Council and worked with our Talent Acquisition team to embed DE&I throughout our recruitment process, to build a more inclusive hiring practice.
We have also launched our first Women Employee Resource Group (ERG), and we will launch two other ERGs by the end of this year: Ethnic and Visible Minorities and LGBTQ+ community. You can read more on our DE&I journey on pages 26 to 28 of our Corporate Social Responsibility report. We recognize that we still have work to do to break down barriers and to build a more diverse and inclusive BRP, including at our Plano office, but we are confident that we will continue making strides with our DE&I plan.
