Pros

Amazing team and leadership. Pay and benefits are top tier. Lots of excitement in the startup world!

Cons

Enablement, onboarding, and overall structure is still “under construction” but you’re gonna see that at any startup, so not a true con if you’re informed on what you’re getting into. Be a self starter and have some experience as an SDR, you should thrive there.

Pros

1) The LCNC world is hot so there are many solution providers in the space - BRYTER has a clear focus on the problems we solve, understanding of our customers and a product that does what we say it will (the client feedback we get is consistently very positive). 2) Incredible people and co-founders. The first sentence on my on-boarding agenda “We hired you because we trust you.” This sentence embodies the culture and people at BRYTER. We focus on outcomes and empower the team to contribute. 3) Not often can you join a company so early stage that has grown as quickly and received our level of investment from top VC firms. Exciting to be part of a sales org that has already proven success and ample funding to build to the next level!

Cons

We also talk about continual improvement and there is a humbleness at this org recognizing we have a ton to learn. I’m not sure this is a con as much of a journey.
