They have competitive pay. I guess.

BS&A used to be a phenomenal company to work for. This was the first employer I have ever had that truly cared about me and my success. Our benefits were unmatched in our area and the company culture was something out of a story book. That was before we were bought out by Serent Capital (A venture capitalist firm.) They systematically destroyed this company from the roots on up. Slashing benefits, cancelling bonuses, increasing work load without hiring more help. This company is now focused on one thing and one thing only. Revenue. They have no thought or compassion for those who have been with the company for the long haul. In fact they would prefer we leave, do they can replace us with cheaper labor that does not remember how good we used to have it. If you are considering working here I would recommend running as far and as quickly away as you possibly can. At least until our current leadership sells us to the next highest bidder...
