Pros

- Lots of work and opportunity to learn and grow - No work on Fridays ( though this was not always the case due to workload)

Cons

-I can't speak for all offices, but the Sacramento office was terrible. A lot of information is given during onboarding with no real way to absorb it, afterwards you're basically on your own to figure everything out. -Everyone was overworked, working multiple extra hours. -Constant turnover meant projects were hardly ever seen all the way through, so understanding the genesis of ideas, and gathering background info was next to impossible. -Everyone just kind of did their own thing, it really did not feel like one office. -You're treated like a number, and as soon as the numbers aren't adding up that's it.

Pros

Stress Stress and only Stress

Cons

Once projects are completed, employees often become expendable. The company may cite “budget constraints” as the reason for termination when work slows down. Over the past five years, you would be the 10th person laid off from BSB under similar circumstances. Apply at your own risk. The grass can’t always be greener on other side.
