Challenging Work Experience: Addressing Abuse of Power by Tool Hire Manager - Tool Hire Assistant BSS Industrial Employee Review

I would like to share my experience at BSS to provide insights into the work environment and its impact on employee well-being. This review is based on my personal experiences during my time at the company. Invasion of Privacy: One unsettling aspect was the Tool Hire Manager's decision to move her desk next to the CCTV monitors. This enabled her to constantly monitor employees and report any conversations to the Depot Manager. This invasion of privacy created an atmosphere of distrust and discomfort. The tool hire manager also arranged for me to be disciplined on a regular basis with her close friend the depot manager creating a very toxic environment to work at BSS, Impact on Mental Health: The cumulative effect of these experiences at BSS had a profoundly negative impact on my mental health. The constant scrutiny, fear of being disciplined unfairly, and the toxic environment took a toll on my overall well-being. It is disheartening to witness the toll it takes on employees' mental health and motivation to perform their best.
